In order to best understand our applicants and assess their consulting abilities, our recruitment process consists of both behavioral and case components. Please refer to the 'For Students' section for a more detailed description of our recruitment process.

While seemingly intimidating, case interviews let us best understand your business acumen and critical thinking. We understand that most of our applicants will have little to no experience with case interviews and will therefore provide you with several case study materials before the interview. We also offer a Resume & Case Workshop to help you prepare - check our recruitment timeline for details. In the meantime, we encourage you to research casing online and practice some math problems beforehand.

All we require is a resume. No additional application questions are needed.
